that I am a big fan of text slang, but OMG. What a chaotic mess out there
today. Had to run a few errands before departure
and I guess everyone else in the city had the same idea. The slow, casual passaggiata that we know and love is
taken to the extreme along some streets. The trick is to negotiate around the
craziness without going too far afield. And the cool morning gave way to a
sticky, hot afternoon. Summer here must be brutal. Heading out tomorrow for
cool ocean breezes. Arrivederci Roma.
